Will Heffernan

I proudly hold a Bachelor of Science in Journalism Degree from Suffolk University, a milestone I achieved on May 20th. Over the past several years, my journey as a writer has been a dynamic and thrilling one, primarily focused on the realm of entertainment journalism.

My writing odyssey commenced at The Suffolk Voice, the esteemed online publication of Suffolk University. Here, I honed my craft by crafting engaging movie reviews, spotlighting local entertainment events, and conducting interviews with an impressive array of artists. Notable personalities such as Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, Ross Lynch, Sabrina Carpenter, Shawn Mendes, and many more have graced my interview roster during my tenure at The Suffolk Voice.

My passion for the world of entertainment news continued to flourish as I joined CelebSecrets. Within its virtual pages, I delved into the intricacies of celebrity happenings, delivering articles that covered everything from tour announcements to song reviews, and beyond.

Expanding my horizons further, I ventured into the vibrant world of Blended Magazine, a New York City-based publication that shines a spotlight on music, arts, fashion, and culture. Here, my portfolio grew richer with numerous music reviews and captivating artist interviews.

A significant milestone in my writing career was contributing to CelebMix, a prominent platform that boasts a readership ranging from 300,000 to 500,000 each month. My role encompassed reporting on celebrity news, as well as conducting insightful interviews with notable artists such as Forever in Your Mind, The Vamps, New Hope Club, Maddie Poppe, and more.

During my time at MOOD Magazine, I had the privilege of interviewing esteemed artists such as Olivia Rodrigo and Ava Max, expanding my horizons even further within the entertainment world.

Recent endeavors have seen me co-create ECHO Magazine (East Coast Hollywood Official) alongside a friend. With ECHO Magazine, our mission is to traverse the diverse landscape of music from the East Coast to the West Coast, capturing the essence of musical creativity across the nation.

My journey as a journalist has been characterized by an unyielding passion for storytelling, a commitment to capturing the essence of entertainment, and an insatiable curiosity to explore the ever-evolving world of pop culture. I look forward to continuing this exhilarating journey, sharing the world of entertainment with audiences far and wide.
